Card details are not stored by lopia.is \u2013 all card processing takes place through the secure payment gateway.<\/span><\/p><h5 data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"608\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Delivery<\/span><\/h5><ul data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"1115\"><li data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"828\"><p data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"828\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"628\">Custom orders<\/strong>: All products are hand-knitted to order, unless otherwise specified. The delivery time is generally 12\u201320 business days but may be longer during peak periods or in the case of very complex designs.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"947\"><p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"947\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"846\">Stock items<\/strong>: Orders for items in stock are usually processed within 2\u20134 business days from receipt of payment.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1115\"><p data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1115\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"962\">Shipping<\/strong>: All orders are shipped via Iceland Post and include a tracking number. Shipping costs are added during checkout and displayed before payment is made.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1142\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">International Sales<\/span><\/h5><p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1304\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Products are also sold outside Iceland. Customers outside of Iceland are responsible for any fees, duties, and taxes that may apply in the destination country.<\/span><\/p><h5 data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1331\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Returns and Refunds<\/span><\/h5><ul data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1715\"><li data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1494\"><p data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1494\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to return it, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1554\"><p data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1554\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Products can be exchanged for another item or refunded.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1636\"><p data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1636\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Products in very unusual sizes or rare color combinations are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1715\"><p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1715\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer pays for return shipping, except in cases of obvious defects.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1730\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Privacy<\/span><\/h5><p data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1884\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We place great emphasis on the security and confidentiality of all personal information.
